WELCOME TO the official website of The Quebec City Conference, which will be held on October 25 & 26, 2010 at historic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Quebec City.
Why: In these unsettling times, it must be remembered that it is innovation that truly drives economies. Globalization of the world’s major economies is an important reason for holding an annual meeting of international investors involved in innovation or focused on long-term investments – VC and PE firms, family offices, institutional and strategic investors, sovereign wealth funds – and government leaders in a well-designed format intended for high level exchanges and reflection. No other conference for this purpose exists anywhere else in the world.
What: Now in its seventh year The Quebec City Conference (“QCC”) is private, by invitation-only and not-for-profit, and regarded as the the “Davos” of this international investment community. In 2009, the Conference attracted nearly 400 participants from 21 countries from North America, Europe, Asia, Middle-East and South America. Service providers are not invited.
For Whom: The QCC attracts an exceptional group of world-leading investors in a small and intimate setting, offering a unique opportunity for networking at the highest levels of the international investment community. This year, to preserve the unique attributes of the Conference, we are targeting a limited attendance of 400 guests.
Where: Historic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac Hotel in Quebec City, Canada.
When: Monday October 25, 5:00 pm to Tuesday October 26, 6:30 pm
Transportation for our guests: As in the past, chartered jets will be available for the convenience of our guests in transit. Departures from Boston and New York are scheduled on October 25 and a return flight from Quebec City on October 26.
